As a recovering workaholic and people pleaser, I had ignored my self-care for far too long. Chronic pain became a part of my daily life, and I was left searching for relief. That’s when I turned to hypnotherapy—not knowing if it would even help. The results were life-changing.
Hypnosis became a key part of my multidisciplinary approach to managing chronic pain. It didn’t replace medical care, medications, or physical therapy, but it worked alongside these treatments as a powerful complementary tool. Without hypnotherapy, I might still be struggling with pain and disability today. This experience ignited my passion for helping others through hypnosis, and I knew I had found my purpose.
