For years, I lived as a high-achieving people pleaser, constantly pushing through stress and ignoring the signals my body was sending me. Eventually, my body demanded attention.
Living with chronic pain, I reached a breaking point.
And in that moment, I turned to hypnotherapy—not knowing if it would help, but willing to try something different.
The results were life-changing.

Tanya made me feel very warm and welcomed. We started out with a consultation/intake. There were a series of questions that really set the tone for the experience. I felt myself beginning to get emotional as I was giving myself permission to be vulnerable and to receive.
