Everyone’s journey to finding and living their purpose is unique, and mine has been shaped by a deep personal experience.

Years ago, as a recovering workaholic and people pleaser, I reached a breaking point. After ignoring my self-care for far too long, my body finally demanded attention. I had been living with chronic pain for years, and in a moment of desperation, I turned to hypnotherapy—not knowing if it would even help.

The results were life changing. Hypnosis became a vital part of my multidisciplinary approach to managing my chronic pain. Without it, I might still be on disability today. While I don’t claim that hypnosis replaces medical care, medications, or physical therapy, I believe it can be a powerful complementary tool in the journey to wellness.

I believe in the power of the mind. As Robert Sapolsky said, “If stress makes you sick, then the opposite must be true: If you are less stressed, you must be healthier.”. Reducing stress could have a positive impact on health, suggesting a direct relationship between stress levels and overall well-being.

I offer a variety of techniques, including relaxation hypnosis and guided meditation, designed to support your parasympathetic nervous system and help you achieve a state of deep relaxation. My goal is to help you manage stress, improve your health, and live a more balanced life.

Tanya made me feel very warm and welcomed. We started out with a consultation/intake. There were a series of questions that really set the tone for the experience. I felt myself beginning to get emotional as I was giving myself permission to be vulnerable and to receive.
